Our uniquely designed flat pack office units are suitable to both businesses and private customers. These self-assembly containers are not only extremely cost-effective but also versatile, serving as offices, changing rooms, welfare and storage units, garden sheds, garden offices, warehouse offices, bike stores, or any other function you require. The container cabin pack includes all the necessary components for assembly. With thermal insulation in the walls and roof section, heat loss is significantly reduced. This 6m office space offers a similar office area to the most commonly used 20ft containers.

Our flat pack cabin units are not only watertight but also insulated with 50 mm EPS, providing thermal efficiency. To ensure security, we utilize insulated galvanized sandwich panels that offer protection against theft.
Our uniquely designed flat pack office cabins are versatile and suitable for both commercial and personal use. They serve a variety of purposes, such as site offices, additional office spaces in warehouses, business units, or open yards, customer waiting areas in garages, canteens or changing rooms for staff, welfare units or meeting rooms on construction sites, garden offices, and much more. Since our container offices come in a flat pack form, they may be suitable for locations with restricted or challenging vehicle access.
To maximize natural light inside our cabins, we incorporate larger uPVC double-glazed opening windows measuring 750 mm x 1,200mm.
All external and internal surfaces of our standard flat pack product range are made using RAL 9002 powder-coated metal sheets, offering protection against rust and providing a smooth finish. For customized orders, we can also provide RAL 7016.
Additionally, we offer a range of sizes to choose from, including 2.1m x 2.4m, 3m x 2.4m and 4m x 2.4m.
The perfect solution for restricted places
In contrast to standard shipping containers or mono-block cabins that can only be delivered as a single unit, our demounted flat-pack office units offer a flexible alternative, allowing for transportation and unloading in restricted and hard-to-reach locations. These flat-pack cabins can be conveniently delivered on a flatbed truck or even a trailer, providing a significant advantage for navigating narrow roads. This delivery method also offers cost savings, particularly for multiple unit purchases or deliveries, compared to standard containers. Our units are stacked during transportation, enabling us to offer these products at reasonable and competitive prices due to the favorable transportation costs. Assembling your flat-pack office cabin
The assembly process for your flat-pack prefab cabin is a straightforward task that typically requires 2 to 4 people, depending on the cabin size. Within a time frame of less than 2 hours, you can complete the erection of your portable cabin. The process involves positioning the cabin in its designated installation location, securing the bolts of the corner posts, locating the wall panels, doors, and windows to the designated slots, affixing the upper beams to lock the structure, and erecting the roof. All the necessary materials, including corner trims, bolts, nuts, and screws, are provided with your unit. If you need to move your cabin unit to another location, you have the flexibility to transport it as an assembled structure or disassemble it back to its original flat form by following the steps in reverse.

The units are delivered as flat pack and either a forklift or a crane is required to unload it from the truck and locate it to its final assemble position. Alternatively, we offer the option to deliver the cabin using a Hiab, which unloads the unit directly to the desired location, eliminating the need for lifting equipment on your site.
