Steel Suspended Floor

The flat pack chemical store's flooring is constructed from steel rather than timber and features a patterned surface to prevent slipping. A standout feature is the sumped base with a suspended floor grate beneath the surface steel plate, allowing for safe drainage of any chemical spills or leaks. This innovative flooring design prevents deterioration and health hazards associated with chemical exposure.

High Sump Capacity

The 3m store includes a sumped base capable of holding up to 937 litres, whereas 4m can hold 1,312 litres, with a suspended wire mesh floor above. Equipped with high and low vents, the unit's design prevents ground and groundwater contamination while allowing gases to escape.

High Payload

Offering significant cost savings compared to other solutions, these new, factory-direct flat pack chemical store units are durable, featuring galvanised steel construction and a double locking system for enhanced security. The floor's sump chassis base supports up to a 1,000 kg load.

Powder Coated Finish

Included in the price is a protective powder-coated finish for the doors and sump base, in Red RAL3000, as shown.

Integrated Gutters

The roof incorporates two integral gutters for effective rainwater dispersal. Note: these units are not fire-rated due to their flat pack nature.

Suitable for Lifting

For on-site mobility, even when loaded, the unit can be lifted via lifting eyes.

Linking to form Bigger Space

Expansion is quite straightforward as demand grows; link additional units to your existing bunded container with our linking kits, allowing for easy, cost-effective expansion without the need for extensive building modifications. Units can be connected by using either a short-end or long-side linking kit, offering unparalleled flexibility and value.

It's important to note that our self-assembly containers are not fire-rated and, as a result, do not meet HSE standards for storing pesticides or flammables.
