DELIVERY
As Portable Units, we are trying to offer the most affordable delivery option to our customers for the delivery of our flat pack office, modular offices, sanitary cabins and storage containers while we are trying to keep the service at the highest and fastest level. You can either collect your order of flat pack cabins, portable toilet units or security kiosks by your vehicle or simply tell us to arrange delivery to your address for you.
UK Wide Delivery
We offer our customers delivery services with our contracted carriers within the mainland UK. We do work with subcontractors who share the same business ethics with us. To minimize the delivery costs and reduce our carbon footprint, we always try to arrange combined loads of delivery where we can manage. By this means, we aim to deliver your products in an exceptionally cost-effective way and environment-friendly way.
Please beware that, if you are ordering directly from our website, this price does not include the delivery. You can get in touch with us for the delivery quotations either before or after your order.
We offer two different options for the delivery of our product range. The first one is the trailer delivery, whose advised prices can be found below. Trailer delivery does not include unloading of the product at customer's end so customers are required to arrange a forklift (fork extensions are required), telehandler, crane or a Hiab to unload the products at the time of arrival. Generally, we try to stick to the advised delivery costs below but sometimes this cost may be lower or higher depending on the circumstances.
The second delivery option is the Hiab delivery, which includes the unloading of the units. If you don't have any kind of unloading equipment on your end, we can unload the cabins for you. Hiab costs can be quoted upon your request.

We try to minimize the delivery costs for our customers. The advised delivery charges for the first unit that you order are given below.

Collection
Collection from our warehouse which is located in CM15 0LB is free of charge! No hidden extra fees applies if you choose to collect our cabins directly from us. We will load your flat pack cabins to your lorry for free. Please do not forget to check the dimensions of the units before arranging your collection vehicle.
You can always collect your flat pack cabins, storage or toilet units and security huts with your own vehicle or contracted hauliers. If you are ordering from website, you do not need to to anything, we will contact you upon receiving your order. Our warehouse is open between Monday - Friday from 08:30 to 16:30 and collection is strictly with appointment.
As Portable Units, we always encourage our customers to arrange their own delivery as we do the deliveries at its cost and do not have any intention to make a profit from the delivery. We would be glad to assist for loading at our warehouse if you arrange your own delivery.
We will contact you after we approve your order for arranging the most suitable collection time for you. Unlike most of the suppliers or individuals, we always try to be in stock for our standard flat pack cabin range, so it generally takes around 1 - 2 business days for us to arrange a collection appointment after payment is received. In order to offer the best service and maintain a customer satisfaction, we sometimes arrange the collection of the products for the same day! If we are not in stock, don't worry we will do our best to supply it in the soonest available date.
