If you are looking to create a high quality site office cabin for your business, our portable office cabin range will offer you everything you need. Thanks to its versatile design, they can be linked to form bigger spaces or stacked up to 3 high to save ground space.
Our EU made modular range is made from robust steel frame, fully thermal insulated from floor to ceiling and gives you the flexibility to change to position of the doors and windows around the cabin. Portable site offices serve as temporary on-site work spaces at construction sites, industrial units, yards, farms, gardens or anywhere you like!

Our modular office range will offer you more than what you need from an office space. The modular office containers are manufactured in the EU by highly skilled workers. High-quality materials, top-notch workmanship and interchangeable panel layout will allow you to have long-term, durable and flexible office space. Modular office range can be preinstalled in our warehouse by our teams and can be delivered as a monoblock but if you wish it to have as flat-packed, we can deliver it as a flat-pack as well.
Most of our clients use our portable cabins and containers as office space in their construction sites or meeting room on their industrial units or yards, canteen or changing room for their employees, customer waiting area or even for fulfilling their basic storage requirements. Due to its robust structure, it can be used for any purpose.
Fully Insulated
All our modular building range is fully insulated from bottom to top! In modular container range, we are offering 60mm mineral wool insulation in walls, 100mm mineral wool insulation in the roof section and again 100mm mineral wool insulation in the floor section as well. As the container is fully insulated, you can use it all over the year without any problem.

The modular range can be linked easily from the long or short side to form larger spaces. Due to its robust steel structure, there are no load-bearing posts on the long side which gives you a clean interior when cabins are linked together. By using rubber sealing strips and metal linking profiles, our porta cabis can be linked as many as you want.
Quick Installation
We can offer our Modular Office Range either as flat-packed or installed. You don’t need to have a special experience to install it. If you have the relevant equipment on your site, basic DIY skills and a couple of spare hands, you can install your office cabin in less than a day. Or if you prefer, our team can pre-install the cabin in our warehouse and make sure that you will have your product without a problem.
We have now added a new premium product to our office container range, modular buildings – TRANSPACK -. We normally erect the container in our warehouse and deliver it as assembled. Our 6m Transpack is the same size as a shipping container which gives the flexibility to locate it on top of an existing shipping container or a similar office container that you have on your site. Fully flexible layout for windows and doors. We can configure the windows and the door as per your request.
Our uniquely designed modular office buildings are suitable for both commercial and personal usage. Transpacks can be used as a site office, additional office space in your warehouse, a business unit or open yard, a customer waiting space in your garage, a canteen or changing room for your staff, a welfare unit or meeting room in your construction site, garden office or any function that you need or imagine.

Modular containers are transported as flat-packed to our warehouse which brings a cost advantage when compared to the standard containers. We can always transport our modular office buildings stacked on top of each other which will give us the opportunity to offer these products at reasonable and competitive prices due to the advantageous transportation costs. Assembling Transpacks
Modular offices are not so hard to install. You will need 2 - 4 people and a lifting equipment such as a forklift, telehandler or a similar lever for the installation of the modular containers. Basically, all you need to do is to locate the cabin to its installation location, erect the roof, tighten the bolts of the corner posts, place the wall panels, doors and windows and fix them to the top of the frame with the metal clips supplied. Once you are done, you will fit the wooden skirting and closings to give an aesthetic finish. All the material including the trims, bolts, nuts and screws is supplied with your unit.
If you need to move your cabin unit to another location, you can always transport it as assembled or you can disassemble the unit to its original flat form by reversing the steps.
