Wall Panels and Insulation
The cabin's walls are made of sandwich panels. The sandwich panels consist of 0.4 mm thick powder coated galvanized steel sheets both inside and outside which makes it secure from theft. They are insulated with 50 mm EPS (Expanded Polystyrene Insulation) technology, which makes the cabins to be used in all weather conditions.

All the external and internal surfaces of our standard flat pack product range are made from RAL 9002 powder coated metal sheets which provides protection again rust and gives a smooth finishing. We may also offer RAL 7016 for customized orders.
Roof - Ceiling Structure
The frame is made of 2 - 2.5 mm thick galvanized steel chassis profiles. The carcass is again made of galvanized steel ceiling profiles. The interior ceiling is made of 8 mm white PVC panels. Over the carcass and PVC panels, 80 mm thick earth wool/mineral wool is applied for insulation. On top of the insulation, the outer layer is of 0.5 mm corrugated galvanized steel to protect the cabin from weather conditions.

There are hidden gutters on both short sides of the cabins and rain water is drained through PVC pipes, which are hidden inside the corner posts and wall panels.
Chassis
The frame of the chassis and the load bearing posts in our flat pack office cabin range is made of 2 - 2.5 mm thick galvanized steel profiles.

The chassis carcass is made of 1 - 2 mm thick C-U profiles which are fixed in every 40 cm along the cabins.

All the units in our standard flat pack product range has the frame colour of RAL 9002 (grey white). We may also offer RAL 7016 for customized orders.
Floor
The floor of our flat pack office cabins is made from 16 mm fibrecement boards over the carcass profiles attached to the frame.

The boards are coated with wooden like 2.5 mm PVC vinyl. The wooden like coating gives the stylish office look. The units are decorated with white skirting boards which gives an additional elegant appearance.

The load bearing capacity of the floor is 200 kg/m2, evenly distributed.
Electric Pack as Standard
There is no need to spend extra budget and time for looking for suitable electric components. Unlike most of the flat pack producer companies or retailers in the UK, our flat pack range comes with all the equipment and extras that you may need while using your cabin. We supply the electric pack as standard! Circuit box, 32A mains plug, fuses, residual circuit device, surface mounted sockets, plug, 120 cm LED armature lighting, cables and cable channels comes with all our flat pack product range! The material that we supply is surface mounted so all you need to do is install it according to your own preferences.
Doors
The frames of the door is made of 1.2 mm galvanized steel. The door is made of 0.6 mm thick coat coil galvanized steel sheet.

The dimensions of the door is 90 cm x 200 cm and and comes with metal door handle and cylinder lock. Similar to wall panels, we offer 50 mm EPS insulation in our doors.
Windows
In order to take advantage of sunlight and offer a natural light inside our flat pack office cabins, we use 97 cm x 110 cm uPVC double glazed (4 mm x 12 mm x 4 mm) inward opening window. The light transmittance is 82%, solar transmittence is 74% and U value is 2.9 W/m2K.

6m cabins have 2 windows, whereas 3m and 4m units have 1 window. You always have the option to purchase extra windows with its supporting below/above wall panels. Fly screens can be arranged.
Packing
Our container cabins are transported as flat pack to offer a cost effective solution to our customers. We always try our best to pack the components as stable as possible in order to minimize the risk of damages and scratches. All the nuts, bolts, screws, corner trims, skirting, handles​ etc is supplied in the pack.
